3. Server Listings

3.1 Server Submission

Server owners may submit their Minecraft servers for listing on our platform free of charge. By submitting a server listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner or authorized representative of the server
  • All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
  • Your server complies with Mojang's End User License Agreement and Terms of Service
  • Your server does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • You have the right to use any logos, images, or content included in your listing

3.2 Server Information Accuracy

Server owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their server information, including server IP addresses, descriptions, features, rules, and contact information. You must update your listing promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or deceptive information may result in removal of your listing and suspension of your account.

3.3 Prohibited Server Content

Servers that promote, contain, or facilitate the following are strictly prohibited and will be removed:

  • Illegal activities, hacking, or distribution of pirated content
  • Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or bullying
  • Adult content, pornography, or sexual exploitation
  • Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices designed to steal user data or money
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software distribution
  • Gambling with real money or cryptocurrency (in-game currency is acceptable)

3.4 Server Listing Approval and Removal

All server submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any server listing for any reason, including violation of these Terms, poor quality, duplicate listings, or inappropriate content. We also reserve the right to remove or suspend any server listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, extended downtime, user reports, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

4. Voting System

4.1 Fair Voting

Our voting system allows users to vote for their favorite servers once every 24 hours per server. Votes directly influence server rankings on our platform. To maintain fairness and integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake votes
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or multiple devices to circumvent voting cooldowns
  • Incentivizing users to vote in exchange for excessive in-game rewards
  • Vote manipulation, exchange schemes, or coordinated voting fraud
  • Creating fake accounts to inflate vote counts

4.2 Vote Fraud Consequences

We actively monitor voting patterns and employ anti-fraud detection systems. Servers found to be engaging in vote manipulation will face immediate consequences including vote resets, ranking penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from our platform. Repeated violations will result in permanent bans.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

All users of our platform must conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

  • Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content in reviews or comments
  • Submit false, defamatory, or malicious reviews intended to damage server reputations
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, server owners, or our staff
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from our platform without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
  • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our service

6. User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and comments about servers. By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting our service.

You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms, is inappropriate, or is reported by other users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Minecraft Servers List, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and functionality, is the property of Minecraft Servers List or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Minecraft Servers List is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. All server-specific content, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
